Nature Cure Centres: |
|
Over the years,
Rajasthan has developed a sound medical infrastructure including
modern healthcare facilities. At the same time, the state has also
successfully preserved and promoted the traditional Indian therapies
like Ayurveda, Yoga & Meditation and Naturopathy. There
are a number of nature cure and yoga centres that offer a system of
healthcare with adequate facilities and diagnostic methods including
steam bath, mud bath, rigorous dieting and physical exercises.
Massages, treatments using herbs, and the ancient traditions of
Ayurveda and yoga add to the well-being of the body and the mind.
